By downloading, installing, or using the Apollos Bible app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Apollos Bible is a Bible study application that provides:

  • Access to Bible translations (KJV, WEB, NIV)
  • AI-powered Bible study assistance
  • Sermon recording and transcription
  • Scripture memory tools
  • Personal journaling features
  • Reading plans

3. Subscription & Payments

Apollos Bible offers a subscription service at $12/month. Your subscription includes:

  • Full access to all app features
  • 240 minutes of sermon transcription per month
  • Unlimited AI Bible study assistance

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Apollos Bible and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible translations are used under license or are in the public domain. The King James Version (KJV) and World English Bible (WEB) are in the public domain.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (journal entries, bookmarks, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not replace personal Bible study or pastoral guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollos Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
